This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, workshops, and other products available on learn.anuragrishi.in. Please read it carefully before making any purchase.
1. Refund Policy
1.1 Digital Courses
Refunds are not available for digital courses once purchased, as they are accessible immediately after payment.
In case of technical issues or access problems, our support team will assist in resolving them promptly. 1.2 Workshops (Live or Recorded)
Refunds for workshops are available only if the cancellation request is made at least 7 days prior to the event date.
No refunds will be processed for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop. In case of non-attendance, the amount will not be refunded or adjusted for future events. 1.3 Other Products
Refunds for physical products (if applicable) will be granted only if the product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
Customers must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Customers can cancel their registration for live workshops up to 7 days before the event to receive a refund (after deducting transaction fees).
For courses, cancellations are not permitted once access is granted.
2.2 Organizer-Initiated Cancellations
If a course, workshop, or product is canceled by us, the customer will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.
3. Transfer Policy Registrations for workshops can be transferred to another individual if the request is made at least 3 days prior to the event date.
Transfers are subject to approval and availability.
